Sunflower Bank - Wealth Management Account Maintenance

Position Summary:

The Wealth Management Account Maintenance position must have a working knowledge of all Wealth Management operations and the ability to achieve departmental goals as established by management.  This person must have a strong commitment to provide outstanding operational support services to both internal and external customers.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

·         Opening of all Wealth Management accounts

·         Review all documents for accuracy and setup on the system

·         Establish and maintain all statement ticklers

·         Establish and maintain all account fee schedules

·         Setup online access, maintenance and support for all users

·         All transfers in and out of Wealth Management Accounts (ACAT and Non-ACAT)

·         Close all Wealth Management accounts

·         Act as lead facilitator over the trust closings e-mail box and process

·         Calculate and collect all closing account fees

·         Collect all monthly, quarterly and annual Wealth Management account fees through system collection and/or invoicing

·         Collect all past due fees through communication with client and administrator

·         Produce monthly fee reporting to management (general ledger and Reg R)

·         Produce quarterly call report

·         Daily reconcilement of Wells Fargo (SEI) DDA, Careco DDA and FSA payment DDA

·         Monthly reconcilement of suspense account

·         Approve CSS transactions and run checks as needed

·         Backup Asset Maintenance, Cash and Trading positions

·         Other duties as assigned

Education Requirements:

·         High School Diploma or equivalent

·         College Degree preferred

Experience/Skill Requirements:

·         Two year Banking/Trust Experience

·         Exceptional detail and organization skills

·         Time management skills

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills

·         Exceptional telephone skills

·         Microsoft Office experience preferred

·         Must be bondable
