Sunflower Bank - Quality Assurance Specialist


The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for verification of the accuracy and integrity of customer account records, both on-line and in documented form.   This position is also responsible for keying demographic data, such as address changes to customer account records and the Central Information File records.

  • Review query and signature cards for new and existing DDA & Savings accounts
  • Review query and signature cards for Certificates of Deposit
  • Image signature cards and maintain system with current information
  • Review new customer CIF report daily and check for BSA compliance
  • Review and file returned mail for address changes and key address changes to customer account records
  • Review closed/charge-off account reports to ensure account has correctly closed
  • Perform verification on statement processing codes daily for new and existing accounts
  • Run daily, weekly, bi-monthly and monthly queries
  • Input all Savings Bond interest paid into FiServ OTC tax reporting
  • Verify rate sheet weekly or as needed.  Weekly run the TIN verification query and send letters a needed
  • Verify scanned signature cards and CD’s ,etc.
  • Process changes on existing accounts including changes made to product types and statements
  • Provide daily support to retail staff for all accounts opened
  • Correct signature cards and CD’s per procedure agreed upon by Deposit Operations and front-line banking
  • Complete research forms per standard
  • Understand the bank’s mission, organizational structure, employee handbook, bank security, policies and procedures and standards of conduct
  • Other duties as assigned
