FLEX POOL  

The Flex Pool is a staffing pool formed for the purpose of providing readily available, qualified employees to supplement regularly staffed employees in times of unpredictable absences, medical leave, vacancies, or in times of excess census. 

Flex Pool RNs require a minimum of one year of acute care experience and availability on a preferred shift.  These nurses will work a minimum of 12 hours per 2-week pay period filling in open slots on the schedule.  Flex Pool RNs will have an accelerated salary based on years of experience.

A trained medical assistant who is responsible for providing quality patient care as assigned by professional nursing staff or physicians in the clinic setting.

A trained nursing assistant  (CNA) who is responsible for providing quality patient care as assigned by professional nursing staff. Minimum Education Required:  Minimum Education Required:  High school or equivalent. Completion of a certified nurse assistant training course or has appropriate previous work experience
