The assistant will provide analytical and organizational support in all facets to the CEO. This person will also provide administrative and secretarial support which includes prioritizing incoming phone calls and mail, composing correspondence, coordinating meetings and travel, assisting with special projects and establishing and maintaining files. The assistant will interact with all areas of the organization as well as with senior executives both inside and outside the company. The qualified candidate must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and deal with frequent changes or unexpected events.
