Operations Project Manager
The Ops Project Manager will be responsible for process improvement for functional banking operations including accounts, payments and documents processing as well as security, risk and compliance. Candidates should have an understanding of how systems integrate and how potential processes impact services to clients including but not limited to service charges, interest plans and calculations, transaction flows, etc. This individual will serve as a change agent, a team leader, and a capability builder, while working collaboratively within and across Sunflower Bank and affiliates and functions to deliver business impact and results.
