JOB SUMMARY:

The Ecommerce Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Ecommerce Department with the day-to-day administration and management of www.ALCOstores.com.

 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Works with Ecommerce and Marketing Department leadership to execute strategies aimed at supporting corporate growth goals: including ecommerce sales and web presence

• Performance of entry-level functions including developing product content and imagery

• Understanding of the online store’s product line and providing content that is comprehensive, creative and that sells the product so shoppers are converted to customers

• Use of creative writing skills and basic HTML tags to manage content.

• Completes sales-related and Ecommerce administrative projects that include running marketing and sales reports, conducting research for ad campaigns, and other assignments

• Assists in researching promotional strategies and product development

Works with multiple computer programs and software, primarily Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Responsible for understanding and delivering on deadlines

• Provides administrative support to the Ecommerce department.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent organizational skills and strategic thinking

• Project management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Understanding of new technologies and application of marketing principles

• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to target a broad range of audiences

• Capable of writing reports, procedures and business correspondence.

• Ability to work individually and self-driven projects

• Demonstrate ability to solve problems, analyze systems and data and suggest appropriate solutions

• Well-built skills in organization, prioritization and time management

• Ability to work under stress to meet project deadlines

• Minute attention to detail

• Maintains a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree

Strong oral and written communication skills sufficient to communicate at all levels
