We are looking for a Human Resources Recruiter who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, solid organizational skills, a drive for results mentality, excellent judgment and problem solving skills. The winning candidate will support the HR team with initiatives involving talent management. The person selected to fill this role will report to the Human Resources Generalist – Training and Development. The successful candidate will serve in a specialized role dedicated to recruitment and project management.
Additionally, the winning candidate will demonstrate prior successes in:
¦Working effectively and diplomatically with various levels of an organization from hourly technicians to front-line management.
¦Promotion and effective Company branding with area colleges, technical schools and liaison to placement offices within 300 miles.
¦Organize and support onsite and offsite testing of candidates.
¦Orchestrate travel arrangements for candidates.
¦Provide an exceptional onsite experience for all candidates by facilitating/attending tours, interview panels and Performance Management overviews.
¦Conducting background and reference checks.
¦Effective management and administration of an Applicant Tracking System.
¦Maintenance of open job postings and communication with management on recruiting needs.
¦Effective problem solving and decision making when it comes to recruitment processes
¦Staffing and Recruiting: including successful attraction of key talent by managing open positions through the full recruitment life cycle for exempt, non-exempt and hourly level positions. Managing applicant tracking and reporting employment statistics, headcount and turnover, exit interview process, attendance tracking, coordinating / reporting employee status transactions, invoice processing, maintain current job descriptions. Maintain, deliver and continuously improve an effective onboarding program for new hires.
¦Performance Management: including conducting coaching sessions with supervision and employees, support the performance evaluation process, compensation and merit review process, and people development processes.
¦Policy Management: including administering / interpreting company policies and representing the organization in personnel and employment law compliance related investigations and hearings.
¦HR / Organization Consulting: including change management facilitation and organizational consulting with all levels of employees.
¦College Relations: including coordination with area college relations programs, including student co-op terms, internships, and new hires.
¦Employee Training & Development: assisting with employee training records and conducting new employee orientation sessions. Assist Human Resources team with training delivery and training needs assessment.
¦Systems Management: including report generation; deliver / analyze HR metrics, and implement process improvements.
¦Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
¦Outgoing, friendly, and professional with an organized approach.
¦Strong attention to detail and ability to organize data.
¦Advanced MS Office and Outlook skills.
¦Preferred 2-5 years of experience in HR with at least 1 year spent in recruiting full-time.
¦Preferred 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing, distribution, production environment.
¦Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
¦Strong interpersonal skills.
¦Excellent time management with preferred experience in project management.

Salary range of $28,000 - $43,000. Full benefits package. Profit sharing paid quarterly. Additional details to be provided to qualified candidates.
